For nearly 20 years, Robyn Foulger has provided superior service as a Realtor in Utah. She's been with Prudential Utah for the past six years, where she's consistently been one of the agency's top producers. Over the last two decades she's gained the reputation as being a hard-working Realtor who listens sincerely to her clients. As a buyer's agent she uses her experience and expertise to find the perfect home for a great price. As a seller's agent she works tirelessly, using her proprietary 25-Point Marketing Plan to aggressively market her clients' homes and sell them fast for top dollar.
EXPERIENCE IN SUNCREST
Since SunCrest began development, Robyn has been the go-to Realtor in the neighborhood. For the last 4 years she has worked almost exclusively in SunCrest, not only helping her clients sell their SunCrest homes, but also representing new neighbors buy or build the house of their dreams. All told, she's been a part of nearly a hundred home sales in the neighborhood. How does she do it? Robyn's commitment to SunCrest has also been proven through volunteer involvement on the neighborhood's behalf. As one of the community's first residents she became involved in civic groups, representing SunCrest's interests in future development applications, community improvement, and advising Draper City. She's been here since the beginning helping SunCrest become an outstanding place to live.
PERSONAL
Robyn lives in SunCrest with her husband Allen and their spoiled puppy Sammy. Together they enjoy snowmobiling, decorating, gardening, and enjoying the outdoors. She has five children and four grandchildren; all of whom help keep her young.
